“Which came first? The process or the tool to embody it?”
We are happy to publish the project management article titled, “Which
came first? The process or the tool to embody it?”. The authors of
this article are Mr. Gareth Byatt, Mr. Gary Hamilton, and Mr.Jeff
Hodgkinson. These practioners have a goal to write at least 100
articles over the next 5 years and with this article it makes 22 towards
their 100 goal.
This article focuses on two aspects of project/program management – the
processes and the tools we use as program and project managers – and asks:
what comes first – the process or the tool?. In order to help the other
fellow Program and project management practitioners, we are publishing
this kind of article to upgrade all the practioners about the project and
program management knowledge and skill sets.
